My new home

All checked in at my new home at Altitude Gym in Kanata, Ontario. Managed to get a few days work in before closing down for the Covid 19 emergency. We’ll be back and in the mean time Altitude in both Kanata and Gatineau locations are taking the opportunity to give the gyms a good cleaning and do some renos. See you all again soon.

It’s official …I’m an ACMG certified climbing instructor.

I obviously don’t know how to pose when I’m excited but I need to share this. I can say now that I am an ACMG certified climbing instructor, It’s crazy that this is real and that I can finally start the next step of my journey. I’ve worked so hard for this and I’m so thankful to be here. I just wanted to thank Terry Day, Leo van Ulden and the crew at Allez Up Climbing/Escalade for their help and support through this process.
Also, thank you to prAna, SCARPA and Les Agences Stephan Morin Sports for the support.
The other pic is a beach in Vancouver in the pouring rain, with the sweetest dogs.
